Position Overview:
As a Retail Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that every customer enjoys a remarkable shopping experience.

You will be expected to uphold a comprehensive understanding of our products, delivering detailed insights on features and advantages to our clientele.

Retail Sales Representatives are tasked with achieving their daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Responsibilities include maintaining store presentation by cleaning, stocking, organizing, and adhering to merchandising plans. Stay informed about our brand, product offerings, company updates, and sales events to become a valuable resource for our customers.

Keep It Real:
This is a part-time role.

We offer a competitive hourly base pay, complemented by a 2% commission on every sale. Additional incentives, such as SPIFFS, and generous employee discounts on all products are also available. To support our team members financially, Comoto provides a voluntary benefit called DailyPay, allowing secure, instant access to earned wages before payday.

This benefit is accessible to all team members immediately upon hire. We place a strong emphasis on training and development; during your initial 5 shifts, your focus will solely be on learning, with base pay as your only compensation.

Qualifications:
Our ideal Retail Sales Representative possesses:

  • 1+ years of sales or customer service experience
  • A self-motivated attitude that consistently delivers a personalized retail experience
  • An open mind, eager to learn and engage with the riding community
  • Familiarity with computers and POS systems (particularly RetailPro)
  • A passion for or interest in motorcycle riding (preferred but not mandatory)
