Retail Sales Representatives are tasked with achieving their daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Responsibilities include maintaining store presentation by cleaning, stocking, organizing, and adhering to merchandising strategies. This is a part-time role.
We offer a competitive hourly base pay, complemented by a 2% commission on each sale. Additional incentives, such as SPIFFS, are available, along with generous employee discounts on all products. This benefit is available to all team members from day one.

Qualifications:
Our ideal Retail Sales Representative possesses:
- Over 1 year of sales or customer service experience
- A self-motivated attitude that consistently delivers a personalized retail experience
- An open mindset, eager to learn and engage with the riding community
- Proficiency with computers and POS systems (particularly RetailPro)
- A passion for or interest in motorcycle riding (preferred but not mandatory)
