Job Description:

As an Executive Search Associate, you will play a critical role in the execution of all facets of the executive recruiting lifecycle. You will work closely with our expert Search Partners & Principals (Consultants) and connect with team members across all levels of the Search team. You will learn through hands-on experience and receive world-class training and mentorship in an apprenticeship-like model.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct industry-specific and client company research to bring market insights to the table.
  • Support Consultants in developing position specifications and search strategies.
  • Assist Consultants in preparing business development and candidate assessment documents.
  • Contact prospective candidates to elicit interest in client opportunities.
  • Manage candidate relationships throughout the search process.

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years' professional experience or a minimum of 2 years transferable recruiting experience.
  • An undergraduate BA/BS degree is required.
  • Exhibits skill and developing mastery of professional communications.
  • Developing the ability to collaborate effectively with external clients and candidates.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in full life cycle recruiting in Executive Search, Contingent Search, or In-House Talent Acquisition.
  • Experience targeting potential candidates, developing pitch materials, and conducting market research.
  • Proven success simultaneously managing multiple projects and working across teams.
  • Experience identifying market trends and researching information effectively.

Compensation and Benefits:

The salary range for this position is $70,000 to $90,000. Compensation is based on several factors, including education, work experience, and skills. In addition to your salary, Heidrick & Struggles offers discretionary bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, disability leave, parental leave, paid time off, and 401k contribution.
