Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Life Enrichment Coordinator to join our team at McGregor Foundation. As a key member of our activities team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing a diverse program of activities that meet the needs of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive activities program that promotes resident engagement and well-being.
  • Collaborate with the Activity Director to ensure that all activities meet the residents' needs and comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Plan and initiate all assigned activities, including programs, events, and outings.
  • Complete timely and accurate residents' assessments and Minimum Data Set (MDS) reports.
  • Provide accurate monthly calendars and flyers to inform residents of scheduled programs and activities.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of one year experience in activities planning or assisting.
  • Knowledge of Minimum Data Set (MDS) and MEPAP I or II.
  • Energetic and flexible individual who can engage residents in various activities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Publisher.
