Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Computed Tomography Technologist III to join our team at Sutter Health. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will be responsible for performing routine and specialized computerized tomography procedures to produce high-quality images for physicians and other healthcare providers.

Responsibilities
  • Competently perform CT scans to produce accurate and detailed images for diagnosis and treatment.
  • Work independently to execute safe and precise procedures, exercising sound judgment and developed clinical skills.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure accurate and timely results.
  • Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations, as well as Sutter Health policies and procedures, to ensure patient safety and confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with peers and other healthcare providers to achieve departmental and corporate objectives.
Requirements
  • Graduation from a JRCERT-accredited Radiologic Technologist Program.
  • CRT certification and BLS certification.
  • 5 years of recent relevant experience in diagnostic imaging.
  • General knowledge of diagnostic computerized tomography principles, procedures, views, and equipment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing assignments and meeting deadlines.
Working Conditions

This is a short-hour role with a variable schedule, including weekends. The pay range for this role is $61.23 to $76.52 per hour, with opportunities for advancement and professional growth within Sutter Health.
