Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to and promote HarperGC's safety protocols; actively monitor and rectify safety violations on-site.
  • Plan and procure materials with a focus on safety considerations.
  • Support the Project Manager in daily operational tasks.
  • Facilitate the procurement, approval, and timely delivery of materials to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Prepare and monitor all essential submittals.
  • Acquire necessary material certifications.
  • Assist in the preparation of material billing; order required materials and supplies.
  • Maintain organized project documentation, including current drawings and production records.
  • Support the preparation and submission of documentation required for change orders, including cost analysis for additional work.
  • Assist the Project Manager in coordinating project activities, including subcontractor management.
  • Review and approve incoming invoices to optimize cash flow.
  • Foster and maintain positive relationships with subcontractors.
  • Identify and pursue fair compensation for any changes in project scope.
