Key Responsibilities:
As the Finance Operations Manager, you will:
1. Oversee all accounting functions, including General Ledger, Payroll, and Accounts Receivable.
2. Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations.
3. Manage bi-weekly payroll processing.
4. Conduct account and bank reconciliations.
5. Generate monthly financial statements.
6. Coordinate the preparation of materials for external audits and financial reporting.
7. Assist in budget preparation and financial analysis.
8. Review contracts to ensure alignment with billing schedules.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting within the hospitality or event management sectors.
- Familiarity with ADP payroll systems and NetSuite ERP is preferred.
- Previous supervisory experience is a plus.
