**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our team in the State of Virginia. As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and managing mechanical systems for various projects.

**Responsibilities:*

  • Lead projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.
  • Design and develop detailed plans for HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems using Revit.
  • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to manage scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Mentor and assign tasks to team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Conduct QA/QC reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance with building codes and University guidelines.

**Requirements:*

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in mechanical design and project management.
  • Proficiency in drafting mechanical systems (Revit preferred).
  • Licensure as a Professional Engineer required.

**Benefits:**

The estimated salary range for this position is $110,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience. The selected candidate will also be eligible for a sign-on bonus. In addition, we offer:
