Position Overview
We are in search of a CAM licensed full-time Assistant Property Manager to support our management headquarters. A valid CAM license is mandatory. Candidates should possess a minimum of 3 years of prior experience in an assistant managerial role. We value individuals who are eager to learn and grow within our organization. Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills are essential, along with proficiency in computer applications, particularly Office 365, Word, and Excel. Familiarity with TOP's software is advantageous but not essential. Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish are required. A collaborative team spirit is crucial.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct weekly property inspections on-site
  • Respond promptly to phone calls and emails from board members, community residents, and contractors
  • Assist the Manager with the bidding process
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management
  • Review rental and purchase applications prior to submission to the Board of Directors
  • Be available for after-hours emergency calls
  • Issue work orders to vendors and maintenance staff
  • Draft and distribute notices for meetings and communications to owners, residents, and contractors
  • Issue and follow up on violation notices (CC&R) sent to residents
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings for the Board of Directors
  • Address owner account inquiries promptly (same-day response)
Qualifications
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish is required
  • Demonstrated experience in managing Condominiums and Homeowners Associations
  • High school diploma or GED is required; Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Property Management or CAM License is Required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Professional and courteous demeanor with clients
  • Experience with property management software is preferred
