Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Forensic Engineer I to join our team at Donan Solutions, LLC. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for the completion of multiple concurrent forensic engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure projects meet firm standards and are completed within budget.
  • Provide expert forensic analysis to clients on a variety of engineering projects.
  • Conduct unbiased analysis and consultation on property failures.
  • Prepare detailed and accurate reports on completed projects.
  • Communicate with clients to provide project updates and timelines.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 4 years of experience as a Forensic Engineer or a related occupation.
  • National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying (NCEES) record or eligibility.
  • Active registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) in the State of North Carolina.
  • Experience with structural, mechanical, or electrical engineering.
  • Ability to administer a multiple project workload.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience as a Forensic Engineer or a related occupation.
