Compensation: $59,000 - $64,000

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring high standards in guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, sales, and food and beverage.
  • Supervise front office activities and manage the front desk and food and beverage teams.
  • Address and resolve guest issues while maintaining excellent service ratings.
  • Promote a collaborative and positive workplace culture among staff and management.
  • Conduct supervisory tasks such as hiring, training, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution.
  • Handle administrative duties including reporting, inventory management, and financial processes.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of two years of relevant management experience, preferably within the Hilton brand.
  • In-depth knowledge of hotel operations, including rooms, housekeeping, and food and beverage services.
  • Familiarity with security protocols, human resources, quality assurance, and strategic planning.
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in standard hotel management software.
  • Strong leadership capabilities.
  • Valid driver's license.
