Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Patient Service Specialist to join our team at Select Physical Therapy. As a Patient Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our patients and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet patients and provide a warm and welcoming experience
  • Register new patients and obtain necessary information
  • Schedule patient appointments and manage patient flow
  • Communicate with patients, providers, and staff to ensure seamless care
  • Collect co-pays and manage patient payments
  • Verify insurance information and obtain necessary authorizations
  • Provide patients with information about their next appointment and any necessary instructions
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 1 year of medical office experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of medical software
