About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Practice Liaison to join our team at Neurocrine Biosciences. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying, fostering, and maintaining relationships with Healthcare Providers (HCPs) and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to advance our neuroscience expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to engage with HCPs and KOLs, promoting our scientific knowledge and expertise.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement educational programs, conferences, and other initiatives that support our therapeutic area goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with patient advocacy organizations, presenting disease state education and supporting their events.
  • Identify and communicate educational opportunities and market developments to internal stakeholders.
  • Provide scientific expertise and support to HCPs, KOLs, and internal teams, ensuring alignment with our corporate strategy.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree, NP, CNS, PA, or equivalent, with 6+ years of experience in Psychiatry, Neurology, or LTC academic or clinical practice, or a PhD or DNP degree with 4+ years of similar experience.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with HCPs and KOLs.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to travel to AK, WA, OR, ID, and MT, with occasional national travel.
What We Offer:
  • An annual base salary of $157,700.00-$228,000, depending on location, experience, and qualifications.
  • An annual bonus with a target of 30% of the earned base salary.
