About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Practice Liaison to join our team at Neurocrine Biosciences. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in identifying, fostering, and maintaining relationships with Health Care Providers (HCPs) and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to advance our neuroscience expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to engage with HCPs and KOLs, ensuring alignment with our corporate strategy.
  • Support scientific congresses, train faculty for our speaker's bureau, and serve as a resource for medical and scientific inquiries.
  • Collaborate with patient advocacy organizations and present disease state education at their events.
  • Plan and execute regional and national education programs based on input from the KOL community.
  • Identify and communicate educational opportunities and market developments to internal partners.
  • Provide scientific expertise to HCPs, KOLs, and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with cross-functional teams.
  • Identify knowledge gaps across various practice settings and providers.
  • Attend and provide insights from medical/nursing congresses relevant to our therapeutic area.
  • Perform responsibilities with the highest ethical standards, adhering to FDA guidelines, Pharma Code, healthcare compliance, and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree, NP, CNS, PA, or equivalent, with 6+ years of experience in Psychiatry, Neurology, or LTC academic or clinical practice, and 1+ year in an industry liaison role, or PhD or DNP degree with 4+ years of similar experience.
  • Knowledge of best practices in the functional discipline and familiarity with related business concepts.
  • Ability to work as part of and lead multiple teams, exhibiting leadership skills and ability.
  • Excellent computer skills, problem-solving, analytical thinking, and organizational skills.
  • Therapeutic Area clinical expertise in Psychiatry, Neurology, or LTC, with the ability to maintain advanced practice licensure and certification per individual state requirements.
  • Strong communication and diplomacy skills, with the ability to represent Neurocrine Biosciences professionally at all times.
What We Offer:

Our annual base salary range is $157,700.00-$228,000.00, with an annual bonus target of 30% of the earned base salary and eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program.
