About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Practice Liaison to join our team at Neurocrine Biosciences. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in fostering relationships with Healthcare Providers (HCPs) and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to advance our scientific mission.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop strong relationships with local, regional, and national KOLs to communicate and advance Neurocrine science.
  • Develop relationships within national and state-level professional organizations to support education and advocacy efforts.
  • Engage with patient advocacy organizations to present disease state education and support patient advocacy events.
  • Plan and execute regional and national programs for education based on input from the KOL community.
  • Identify and communicate educational opportunities and market developments to internal partners.
  • Provide scientific expertise and support to HCPs, KOLs, and internal Neurocrine personnel.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with cross-functional teams.
  • Identify gaps in knowledge across various practice settings and providers.
  • Attend and provide insights from medical and nursing congresses relevant to our therapeutic area.
  • Identify gaps in Advanced Practice Provider training and assessment as related to patient care.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree, NP, CNS, PA, or equivalent, with 6+ years of similar experience in Psychiatry, Neurology, or LTC academic or clinical practice experience preferred.
  • PhD or DNP degree and 4+ years of similar experience noted above.
  • Knowledge of best practices in the functional discipline and familiarity with related business concepts.
  • Ability to work as part of and lead multiple teams.
  • Exhibits leadership skills and ability.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
  • Ability to meet multiple deadlines across various projects and programs.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills.
  • Therapeutic Area clinical expertise in Psychiatry, Neurology, or LTC.
  • Maintains advanced practice licensure and certification per individual state requirements.
  • Strong communicator and skilled diplomat in all venues.
  • Ability to build and foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
What We Offer:

Our annual base salary range is $157,700.00-$228,000.00, with an annual bonus target of 30% of the earned base salary and eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program.
