About the Role

This is a client-facing role that involves collaboration with multiple stakeholders to drive value to the retention of existing accounts and contribute to new business production and product development for accounts in the United States. You will work closely with our actuarial, catastrophe, and financial modeling partners to analyze insurance risks and develop reinsurance treaty structures that mitigate downside risk and improve capital efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze insurance risks and develop reinsurance treaty structures.
  • Develop and negotiate reinsurance treaties with clients.
  • Provide expert advice to clients on reinsurance treaty structures and risk management.
  • Work with our analytics, contracts, and client services teams to provide solutions to clients.
  • Develop and enhance relationships with senior executives of client companies.
  • Conduct research on industry topics and develop content to be shared with clients and prospects.
About You
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
  • 5-10 years of work experience in a reinsurance brokerage or underwriting environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas to clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with MS Excel, Power BI, or other analytics tools.
  • Proven command of mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference.
