Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with our account team to ensure successful business outcomes for customers, driving world-class retention and expansion for Tanium.
  • Work with senior team members to understand customer complexity and segmentation, creating the best path to full Tanium platform adoption and expansion.
  • Identify opportunities to integrate Tanium into customer business processes and controls, increasing ROI and expanding into new solution areas.
  • Support Executive Business Reviews, working alongside Sales, Solution Engineers, and the wider account team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, peers, and partners, working closely with your mentor and other interns.
  • Undergo detailed training in the Tanium platform, with the opportunity to become Tanium certified.
What We're Looking For:
  • A strong understanding of endpoint technology and consulting/project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a natural ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
  • A mission-first attitude, with a passion for learning new technology and driving results.
