Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to join our team. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operations, customer experience, sales performance, and execution of brand excellence in our stores. You will lead a team of employees to deliver exceptional guest service while meeting our company financial and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and food safety.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure that every customer has a positive experience in our stores, including providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Sales Performance: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Team Management: Lead and develop a team of employees to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Financial Management: Manage the store's profit and loss statements and ensure that they are meeting company financial targets.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: 3-5 years of retail or restaurant management experience.
  • Point of Sale Experience: Experience with Point of Sale systems, including NCR.
  • Financial Management: Ability to review and present profit and loss statements.
  • Food Cost Management: Experience with food cost management and inventory control.
  • Labor Cost Management: Ability to manage labor costs and schedules.
  • Cash Handling: Experience with cash handling and auditing procedures.
  • Food Preparation: Ability to prepare and serve food safely and efficiently.
  • California Labor Laws: Knowledge of California labor laws and regulations.
  • Passion for Healthy Food: Passion for healthy food and living.
  • Flexible Schedule: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
