- Schedule and route sales and service technicians for new and existing customers
- Field and make calls to customers to assist with their questions and requests
- Cross-train in other areas to further assist office staff and management
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to multitask, and determine priorities
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy of work is highly important
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
This position works in an office setting and may be in direct contact with customers. This position requires the employee to sit at a computer for up to 8 hours per day. This position may require light lifting and filing. Saturdays and evening work may be required at times.
