Job Summary

The Office Specialist is a key member of our team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming customer calls and route them to the appropriate department
  • Complete initial new customer intake and enter basic customer information
  • Respond to customer account and billing questions or concerns
  • Contact customers regarding invalid payments and funding sources
  • Communicate with District Manager on completion of tasks outlined on the Daily Accounting Checklist
  • Schedule and route sales and service technicians for new and existing customers
  • Field and make calls to customers to assist with their questions and requests
  • Cross-train in other areas to further assist office staff and management
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to multitask, and determine priorities
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy of work is highly important
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
Additional Information

This position works in an office setting and may be in direct contact with customers. This position requires the employee to sit at a computer for up to 8 hours per day. This position may require light lifting and filing. Saturdays and evening work may be required at times.
