As a Sales Associate, you will be part of our team, creating the magic by providing world-class guest service while crafting memorable photo experiences. Our unique holiday locations offer an exciting work environment with a new office view each season.
Job Summary
This role requires a sales associate who can effectively engage with guests, provide excellent customer service, and take photos to capture cherished memories. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and possess basic photography knowledge is not required.
Key Responsibilities
• Take high-quality photos and provide guests with personalized souvenirs to treasure
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the experience, ensuring every guest feels valued and remembered
• Participate as a team member to ensure smooth photo operations and maintain a safe working environment
• Engage with guests, staff, and coworkers in a friendly manner
• Operate POS systems and photography equipment efficiently
Requirements
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Comfortable interacting with families and children, with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to process sales transactions and handle cash effectively
• Professional attire and good hygiene are essential
• Availability to attend training meetings and complete required courses
• Flexibility to work during peak hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
