Supervise and Grow with Family Priority

We are seeking a dynamic BCBA to join our team at Family Priority, a community-based agency dedicated to providing high-quality ABA services. As a BCBA Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload of children with various diagnoses and treatment needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and mentor a team of behavior analysts
  • Develop and implement treatment plans for children with autism and other developmental disabilities
  • Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to inform treatment decisions
  • Provide training and support to behavior assistants
Requirements:
  • BCBA or BCaBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
  • Licensure from the Virginia Board of Medicine (or be license eligible)
  • Experience working with children and families
  • One to two years of supervisory experience preferred
