We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinic Director to lead our ABA services team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavior analysis and a proven track record of driving clinical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement clinical strategies to drive business growth and improve patient outcomes
  • Lead a team of BCBAs and RBTs to deliver high-quality ABA services
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and excellent customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in ABA

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education
  • BCBA certification
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in ABA services, preferably in a leadership role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
