Real Estate Sales Professional

This position requires a skilled commercial real estate sales professional to lead our team's efforts in representing landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers. The successful candidate will possess a proven track record of sales success and a strong understanding of the local real estate market.
The ideal applicant will have experience in appraising properties, visiting sites with clients, and explaining the features of buildings. A current real estate license is required or the willingness and ability to obtain one.
The compensation package includes all commission and offers continuous in-person training seminars, mentoring, and coaching. We provide administrative support, social media management, and marketing materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice on commercial real estate transactions
- Develop and maintain long-lasting business relationships
- Analyze market trends and make recommendations to clients
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
