As a real estate agent with our team, you will be responsible for:
- Showing properties to clients and explaining features, including financial details.
- Scheduling and attending property inspections to assist with purchase or sale agreements.
- Appraising properties by comparing them to similar ones in the local market to set fair prices.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries via calls, emails, and web requests to maintain satisfaction.
- Building relationships with businesses in various industries to support future growth.
- You must be a resident of Santa Rosa, CA, or nearby, with a valid real estate license.
- Proven experience as a real estate agent or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of the Santa Rosa real estate market and local neighborhoods.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
- Proficient in using real estate software and online platforms.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- High level of customer service and a commitment to client satisfaction.
- A valid Real Estate License is required for this job.
$150,000 - $300,000 yearly salary. This compensation reflects our confidence in your ability to drive results and grow your career with our team.
