- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Two years+ supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Skills: Understanding of manufacturing processes, loss control, and plant equipment operation.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds, with occasional sitting and use of hands to perform tasks.
