Pricing Manager Job Description

RANDYS Worldwide is seeking an experienced Pricing Manager to lead strategic pricing initiatives and drive revenue growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver pricing analytics, metrics, and reporting to inform business decisions.
  • Identify and implement pricing strategies to optimize revenue growth and maintain market positioning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand margin and sales impacts of cost changes and implement appropriate pricing strategies.
  • Establish and maintain a comprehensive MAP compliance strategy to ensure customer compliance.
  • Research and identify pricing strategies for new product releases and report on the effectiveness of pricing initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, Economics, Finance, or a related field with a quantitative emphasis.
  • 3-5 years of strategic pricing experience in a high SKU count environment.
  • Experience working in a private equity-owned, public company, or fast-paced environment is a plus.
  • Proven ability to drive significant revenue and profitability growth via the creation and operation of a comprehensive pricing strategy.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to act in a consultative and advisory role with the leadership team.
  • Familiarity with vital pricing tools, such as CPQ, Salesforce, Synergy, Power BI, etc.
  • Strong project management skills and a results-oriented mindset.
What We Offer:
