Your Role:
As a Construction Apprentice, you will be an integral part of our Pittsburgh team, contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional home improvement experiences. You will work under the guidance of our Installation Manager and collaborate closely with Lead Installers, Trainers, and Operations professionals.

What You Need to Succeed:
To thrive in this role, we seek individuals who possess:

  • Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, or construction, or a strong desire to learn.
  • Basic familiarity with hand and power tools.
  • A keen attention to detail.
  • The ability to accurately read a tape measure.
  • A valid Driver's License.
  • A smartphone or smart device for accessing company systems securely.

A Day in Your Life:
In this position, you can expect to:

  • Start your day by gathering materials and loading company vehicles.
  • Travel to customer locations, establishing rapport and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Conduct controlled demolition of existing installations.
  • Install new fixtures and update plumbing as necessary.
  • Maintain a clean work environment and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Complete necessary documentation and return to the warehouse.

This is a non-exempt role with standard hours, typically Monday through Friday, starting early in the morning.
