Essential Job Functions:
The role of a Customer Service Representative involves performing various duties in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and maintaining store presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Operate the cash register, ensuring accountability for cash, lottery tickets, and cash cards
- Complete shift reports
- Maintain cleanliness (windows, floors, restrooms, emptying trash, etc.)


- Stock shelves and coolers
- Sweep and mop floors
- Conduct gasoline tank inventory (stick readings)
- Check in products upon delivery from vendors
- Perform yard maintenance (sweeping, shoveling, painting, checking gas wells, etc.)
- Carry out light equipment maintenance (pumps, lighting, machinery, etc.)


- Merchandise products
- Complete other tasks as assigned by management
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers
- Accurately count, read, and write to complete necessary paperwork

Position Requirements:
- Adhere to the required store uniform
- Availability for weekend, evening shifts, and holidays
- Reliable transportation is a must
- Attendance at mandatory meetings is required (e.g., T.A.M., sexual harassment training)

Physical Requirements:

- Frequent bending, reaching, and lifting of 1 to 15 lbs
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Reach above shoulder height and bend below the waist
- Move quickly around the store
