Cashier Part Time Associate

As a Cashier Part Time Associate, you'll be responsible for processing member purchases, verifying and renewing membership products, and providing a high level of customer service in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process member purchases in a timely and efficient manner, including verifying and renewing membership products.
- Provide exceptional customer service to members, responding to their needs and concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
- Operate a point-of-sale system to accurately scan merchandise and process payments.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to BJ's high standards for customer service and store appearance.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide a positive shopping experience for members.
Requirements:
- Basic math skills and prior cashier or sales experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
