We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Security Solutions Consultant to become an integral part of our organization. This role focuses on promoting home security and automation services to residential clients, building strong relationships with homeowners, and enhancing revenue and monitored security sales in the designated territory.

Position Overview

Field Sales Consultant - Limitless Earning Opportunities

**We are on the lookout for dynamic and ambitious individuals with a proactive mindset to join our Field Sales team. With our uncapped commission structure, you have the potential to earn between $60,000 and $100,000 in your first year.**

As a Field Sales Consultant, you will interact with existing residential clients, new homeowners, and prospective small business customers. Your responsibilities will include leveraging your sales acumen, comprehensive training, and exceptional customer service skills to conduct in-home and on-site sales presentations regarding security products and services offered by Guardian Protection.

Compensation: $60,000 - $100,000

Employment Types: Full Time, Commission

Role Summary:

The Field Sales Consultant is responsible for conducting in-home and on-site sales presentations to potential residential and small business clients regarding the security solutions provided by Guardian Protection Services.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Closing company-generated residential and small business sales leads
  • Independently generating new residential and small business sales accounts
  • Providing Video Doorbell delivery service
  • Conducting in-home and on-site sales presentations and proposals for potential clients
  • Consulting with residential and small business clients to assist them with the installation and servicing of Guardian product lines
  • Scheduling appointments through prospecting, referrals, and customer interactions
  • Managing Communities within Guardian Builder Communities
  • Direct canvassing and marketing efforts
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in field sales is advantageous
  • Strong abilities in prospecting, networking, and follow-up are a plus
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to install a Video Doorbell
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
  • Proficiency in using electronic devices like an iPad is beneficial
