Service Coordination Supervisor Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and monitor the interest, scheduling, onboarding, and ongoing compliance of clients to ensure quality and timeliness standards are being met and maintained.
  • Supervise and collaborate with team members who work across clinical programs to schedule and onboard clients, with the goal of creating and implementing standard processes across Arizona Autism United.
  • Supervise Service Coordinators and provide guidance, support, training, and process updates.
  • Understand funding source contracts and requirements.
  • Design, document, and enforce policies and procedures; and ensure compliance and best practices are met by the department.
Requirements:
  • G.E.D. or HS Diploma required; Associate's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
  • At least 2 years of successful Supervisory experience.
  • At least 2 years of related experience in a complex administrative support role, preferably roles that involved coordination/scheduling/onboarding of clients in the behavioral health field (autism field experience is a plus).
  • Excellent computer and technical skills (must be highly proficient in Excel; must be able to work in multiple databases and systems related to the role).
  • Must provide your own reliable transportation and be able to travel regularly to Arizona Autism United's office and clinic locations throughout Maricopa County.
  • Must be able to obtain an AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card, provide proof of car insurance/registration, and meet other hiring requirements.
