As a Regional Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will play a key role in promoting the growth of Field of Talent, providing support and high-quality ABA services to children with autism. Your leadership, compassion, and problem-solving skills will make a significant difference in the lives of children and their families. This role requires up to 25% travel within the region across Arizona. Work is performed remotely and in a clinical environment (including schools). This position requires frequent travels outside the local area and overnight.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide clinical mentorship and support to Assistant Clinical Directors, Clinical Directors, and BCBAs.
Direct and coordinate the policies, objectives, initiatives, and programs for the delivery of ABA therapy programs.
Support local in-center, in-home, and school-based clinical leadership teams.
Design and implement evidence-based ABA therapy programs that align with national and regulatory standards.
Lead the development and implementation of the ACD/CD mentorship program for clinical leaders.
Oversee clinical performance metrics, ensuring high-quality care and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with regional leadership to drive clinical growth and optimize service delivery.

Requirements:
Master's degree (or higher) in a relevant field and current BCBA certification.
Typically 4+ years of post
  • BCBA certification experience, with 2 years in a management role.

Experience with skills assessments and curricula (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, EFL, BHI, CFQL-2, PEAK).Working with children in the ABA field, delivering clinical mentorship, and meeting key performance indicators.

Strong leadership, communication, writing, organizational, and team-building skills.
