Nursing Assistant Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nursing Assistant to join our team at Village Primary Care in North Chelmsford. As a Nursing Assistant, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our healthcare team.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing care and excellent communication skills. They will be responsible for implementing patient care plans, evaluating patient outcomes, and providing direct patient care in accordance with established protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
  • Evaluate patient outcomes and adjust care plans as needed
  • Provide direct patient care within the primary nursing model, ensuring continuity of care and maintaining patient rights and dignity
Requirements:
  • Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, handling complex problems and explaining facts, policies, and practices related to the job area
