Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Healthcare Support Specialist to join our team at Urgent Help Chelmsford PC. As a key member of our staff, you will provide exceptional patient care and support in an outpatient clinic setting.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Take and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, blood pressure, and other essential readings.
  2. Explain treatment procedures and medications to patients, ensuring they understand their care plan.
  3. Prepare equipment and assist physicians during exams and treatments, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  4. Administer prescribed medications and treatments accurately and in a timely manner.
  5. Maintain patient comfort and awareness, addressing any concerns or needs promptly.
  6. Perform daily quality control and cleaning procedures on lab equipment, adhering to established guidelines.
Education and Experience
  • Associates degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Frequent standing, occasional walking, and exposure to fumes or airborne particles.
