Drone Flight Support Specialist

Job Summary
Triton Systems is developing an innovative fixed-wing Unmanned Aerial Vehicle and requires help with field operations during flight testing. As a Drone Flight Support Specialist, you will support our experienced in-house development and flight test team, ensuring successful UAV operations.
Responsibilities:
- Fly radio controlled fixed-wing aircraft, powered or gliders, with significant experience required.
- Support ground operations, with potential to fly the UAV depending on prior experience and skill level.
- Work schedules are contingent upon aircraft readiness for test and weather, requiring schedule flexibility.
Requirements:
- Operate a UAV remotely.
- Have significant experience flying radio controlled fixed-wing aircraft, powered or gliders.
- Experience as a flight test remote operator a plus.
- Work outdoors during winter months, if necessary.
Salary and Benefits:
The estimated annual salary for this position is around $65,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, a 401(k) plan, and paid time off.
