YOUR ROLE:
As a Part-Time Sales Associate, you will embody our mission in the store.

You will represent the Hallmark brand to customers and play a crucial role in assisting shoppers in finding the perfect cards and gifts for their special occasions.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Deliver an outstanding shopping experience that inspires guests and encourages them to return.

Provide tailored product recommendations that align with customer needs. Collaborate with team members to achieve store objectives. Carry out operational tasks such as arranging displays, restocking merchandise, processing online orders, and handling transactions.


QUALIFICATIONS:
Basic Requirements:
Must be at least 16 years old and able to meet work permit regulations, if necessary.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Physical ability to stand/walk for extended periods, lift up to 40 pounds, and perform various tasks including bending and climbing.

Preferred Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Customer-oriented with effective communication skills.
Strong sense of urgency and adaptability to change.
Comfortable using technology and computers.
