We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Behavioral Health Shift Supervisor to join our team at Connections Health Solutions. As a key member of our crisis response team, you will be responsible for providing operational and administrative oversight of our facility on assigned shifts or units.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure the efficient operation of the assigned unit and shift, focusing on processes and patient care.
- Oversee the movement of individuals in crisis through the facility to the appropriate level of care.
- Act as the onsite resource for clinical staff, individuals, family members, or community stakeholders.
- Manage escalated concerns and barriers that impact flow through the facility.
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- At least 5 years' experience as a direct clinical care provider in Nursing, Social Services, Administrative, or Milieu support.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 2 years of leadership experience.
- Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to encourage cross-functional and multi-disciplinary partnership.
