Outpatient Mental Health Therapist

At Ellie Mental Health - 128, we're dedicated to providing exceptional mental health care services to our community. As an Outpatient Mental Health Therapist, you'll play a vital role in helping us achieve this mission.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate mental health diagnoses, develop, and implement treatment plans, and maintain accurate documentation in accordance with company policies.
- Provide outstanding customer service to clients and collaborate with our dynamic team to further our mission of filling gaps in the community.
- Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed their goals.
- Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session, adhering to company guidelines and protocols.
- For Full-Time status clinicians, maintain a caseload of a minimum of 30 client visits per week.
- Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, school staff as needed, and other stakeholders/community services.
- Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings.
- Ensure licensure and obtain CEUs to maintain licensure.
- Promote a cohesive atmosphere among staff to produce a healthy work-life balance.
- Candidates must hold a master's degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited institution.
- Candidates should possess clinical licensure (LMFT, LPCC, LICSW, LP, etc.).
- Required experience with completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients.
- Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner.
- Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base.
- Proficiency in Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus).
- Fully Licensed Clinicians will ideally be credentialed with insurance panels.
