Office Manager

Key Responsibilities of the Office Manager:

  • Manage accounts payable including credit card transactions, cash deposits, and data entry.
  • Invoice, track, and collect outstanding receivables.
  • Keep accurate inventory records and maintain the office calendar.
  • Perform journal entries to document and categorize financial activities.
  • Ensure the General Ledger, balance sheet, and income statement are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Oversee the procurement of office supplies in accordance with company policy.
  • Facilitate the onboarding of new clients and maintain organized filing and directory systems.

Qualifications for the Office Manager Position:

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • A minimum of three years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
  • Strong emphasis on confidentiality, organizational skills, and precision.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

The Office Manager position is fully onsite.

Salary: $50,000 - $60,450.00
