Key Responsibilities of the Office Manager:
- Manage accounts payable including credit card transactions, cash deposits, and data entry.
- Invoice, track, and collect outstanding receivables.
- Keep accurate inventory records and maintain the office calendar.
- Perform journal entries to document and categorize financial activities.
- Ensure the General Ledger, balance sheet, and income statement are accurate and up-to-date.
- Oversee the procurement of office supplies in accordance with company policy.
- Facilitate the onboarding of new clients and maintain organized filing and directory systems.
Qualifications for the Office Manager Position:
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
- A minimum of three years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
- Strong emphasis on confidentiality, organizational skills, and precision.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
The Office Manager position is fully onsite.
Salary: $50,000 - $60,450.00
