Job Summary:

The Data Integrity Specialist will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records for students and new arrivals. This includes preparing folders, establishing and maintaining files, and tracking documentation via monthly audits. The ideal candidate will have meticulous documentation skills, excellent time management skills, and the ability to multi-task.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare folders for new student arrivals and maintain accurate records of student information.
  • Establish and maintain files for recording students' academic and career technical training progress, pay status, travel, clothing allowance, status and attendance reports, and other required information.
  • Review and process transportation requests for students and new arrivals.
  • Distribute tickets and complete meal money requests as needed.
  • Answer routine questions regarding students' leave time, transportation, clothing allotments, and other related matters.
  • Maintain files on correspondence sent, received, and/or requiring further action.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • One year recordkeeping or clerical experience.
  • Valid Driver's License with an acceptable driving record.

Working Conditions:

This position requires a high level of attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently. The ideal candidate will be proficient in the use of a personal computer and software such as MSWord, Outlook, and other office equipment.
