Job Summary

The Business Development Director, Wealth Partnerships will play a critical role in expanding our market presence and achieving our business objectives in the US. We are looking for a seasoned executive with significant sales experience, a proven track record of driving commercial success, and a deep understanding of the wealth management industry.

This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, able to influence and build relationships at all levels. You will be responsible for developing a pipeline of new members, updating appropriate systems, and collaborating with internal teams to align Wealth Partnerships initiatives with product offerings and market demands.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will need to be an enthusiastic and highly motivated self-starter, comfortable working under pressure and multitasking. A strong work ethic and personal integrity are essential for this role.
