Overview

The Wealth Consultant identifies high net worth clients and prospects, engaging them in holistic wealth management planning. As a primary relationship manager, they coordinate advice and activities with other team members to achieve growth and profitability goals.

Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition: Identify new clients through direct prospecting efforts, client referrals, and partnerships with Bank associates.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain relationships with high net worth prospects and clients, providing expert wealth management advice and developing strategic plans to achieve their financial needs and goals.
  • Strategic Advice: Provide comprehensive financial planning, identify products and services, and engage specialists to deliver wealth management solutions.
  • Collaboration: Foster effective partnerships with Bank stakeholders to support departmental strategic approach.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in acquiring clients, asset gathering, and comprehensive banking and financial planning advice, or High School Diploma or GED and 12 years of experience in the same field.

Salary

The base pay for this position is estimated at $245,000 per year, with total compensation potentially including variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards.
