Sales Representative

CraneWorks, Inc. is a leading equipment rental company seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and managing customer relationships, growing revenue and customer base, and providing customized solutions to meet our customers' needs.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and customer acquisition targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience and effective communication.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
- Meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on business-to-business relationships.
- 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the equipment rental or construction industry.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of equipment applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
