Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Inside Sales | Window expert to join our team at ASG Staffing - Tennessee. This is an exciting opportunity for a building material specialist to grow their career with a company that has a proven record of promoting from within.

Responsibilities
  • Determine customers' needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions
  • Follow a product/supply checklist for each customer's job and up-sell additional products and supplies
  • Answer telephones and enter sales orders
  • Coordinate customer pick-ups with the warehouse
  • Follow up on deliveries to ensure materials arrived on time with all items accounted for
  • Reorder products to keep the store and warehouse shelves well stocked
  • Address and resolve service concerns, should they arise
Requirements
  • 3-5 years experience in construction or window sales experience
  • 1 or more years working front counter sales
  • AS 400 software and Microsoft suites
  • Ability to read and write measurements from a tape measure
  • High level of customer service experience
