We are seeking a highly skilled Inside Sales | Window expert to join our team at ASG Staffing - Tennessee. This is an exciting opportunity for a building material specialist to grow their career with a company that has a proven record of promoting from within.
Responsibilities- Determine customers' needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions
- Follow a product/supply checklist for each customer's job and up-sell additional products and supplies
- Answer telephones and enter sales orders
- Coordinate customer pick-ups with the warehouse
- Follow up on deliveries to ensure materials arrived on time with all items accounted for
- Reorder products to keep the store and warehouse shelves well stocked
- Address and resolve service concerns, should they arise
- 3-5 years experience in construction or window sales experience
- 1 or more years working front counter sales
- AS 400 software and Microsoft suites
- Ability to read and write measurements from a tape measure
- High level of customer service experience
- Health, dental, and vision coverage - eligible after 60 days, low out-of-pocket
