Job Summary

The Registered Nurse is responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, collaborating with the healthcare team, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments, develop individualized care plans, and implement evidence-based interventions to promote patient outcomes.
  • Delegate tasks to unlicensed personnel, ensuring patient safety and adherence to the Texas Nurse Practice Act.
  • Administer medications and treatments, maintaining accurate documentation and communicating effectively with the healthcare team.
  • Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development of policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal outcomes.
Requirements
  • Current RN license in the State of Texas
  • BLS certification
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • No experience required
