About the Role

This Conversational AI Developer position is a critical role in our team, responsible for designing, building, and deploying advanced conversational workflows using available content and integrating or designing other sources of content. If you have a passion for human-computer interaction and experience with chatbot development, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain high-quality chatbot solutions using conversational AI technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and trends in conversational AI technologies.
  • Document chatbot architectures, design decisions, and implementation details.

What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in chatbot development, conversational AI, or a related field.
  • Strong expertise in NLP, machine learning integration, API configuration, and platform integration.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
