Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Conversational AI Developer to design, build, and deploy advanced conversational workflows using available content and integrating or designing other sources of content. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Machine Learning Integration, API Configuration, and Platform Integration.
About You
To succeed in this role, you should have a passion for human-computer interaction and experience with chatbot development. Your responsibilities will encompass critical tasks such as NLP, machine learning integration, and API configuration. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy advanced conversational workflows using available content and integrating or designing other sources of content.
- Apply advanced NLP techniques to understand and interpret user input, including intent recognition, entity extraction, sentiment analysis, and language understanding.
- Integrate ML algorithms and models into chatbot systems to enhance response generation, question answering, and user engagement.
- Configure APIs for chatbot solutions in the cloud connecting to external systems and various data sources.
- Collaborate with software engineers and developers to integrate chatbot systems into various platforms, ensuring seamless integration and compatibility with existing systems and APIs.
- Document chatbot architectures, design decisions, and implementation details, creating user guides, documentation, and training materials to educate stakeholders and end-users on chatbot capabilities and best practices.
Requirements
We require:
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in chatbot development, conversational AI, or a related field.
- Strong expertise in NLP, machine learning integration, API configuration, and platform integration.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
