Intelligent Conversational Interface Designer

Main Sail LLC is seeking an experienced AI Chatbot Developer to join our team. We are looking for a highly skilled professional who can design and develop intelligent conversational interfaces integrated with the Microsoft ecosystem.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of developing chatbots using Microsoft's Bot Framework, as well as experience integrating chatbots with various Microsoft services and third-party APIs. Strong programming skills in languages such as C#, .NET, JavaScript, or Python are also required. In addition, the ability to facilitate discussions with business SMEs and create and present chatbot proposals is essential.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop conversational interfaces that provide a seamless and intuitive user experience.
- Implement and tune Natural Language Processing techniques to improve chatbot understanding and response accuracy.
- Train, deploy, and monitor AI models to ensure optimal chatbot performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Five years of experience in IT, with at least two years of experience in Microsoft Chatbot Development.
- Strong programming skills in C#, .NET, JavaScript, or Python.
The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 per year, based on national averages and industry standards. This figure may vary depending on location, experience, and other factors.
