Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Therapeutic Communications Specialist to join our team at Soliant in Texas. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating speech and language disorders in K-12 students.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate student communication needs and develop individualized therapy plans to address these issues.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students with speech and language disorders.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff members to support student progress and implement effective communication strategies.
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to the development of student communication goals.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and adjust therapy plans as needed to ensure optimal results.
Qualifications:
  • A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • A valid Texas SLP license or eligibility for licensure.
  • An ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is preferred, but Certified Fellows (CFs) are also welcome to apply.
