Senior Molecular Biologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Scientist to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative molecular assays and genomics data in support of our clinical trial analysis.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and optimize molecular assays for genomics and gene expression profiling (GEP) biomarker analysis.
- Evaluate and select genomics and GEP biomarker assay technologies and platforms.
- Develop and execute qualification/validation protocols for biomarker analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop genomics and GEP biomarker assays.
- Provide subject matter expertise on technology-specific data structure, data analysis, and data QC.
- Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences or related field with 8+ years of academic and/or industry experience.
- Master's Degree in Life Sciences or related field with 6+ years of academic and/or industry experience.
- Ph.D. or equivalent advanced degree in Life Sciences with 4+ years of academic and/or industry experience.
- Significant experience in PCR, NGS, or GEP application, technology, and lab experience.
- Expertise in developing assays, overseeing assay validation, and developing program genomics biomarker strategic plans.
